Ennovatec Technologies LLC

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ennovatec Technologies LLC ("Ennovatec," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ennovatec.com, use our website assistant, or use our services. If you are a client, our Terms of Service also apply.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details you share when you fill in a form, subscribe to updates, chat with our website assistant, request a quote, or sign up for a service.

Website assistant conversations. When you chat with the AI assistant on our website, we receive the messages you type. If you ask us to contact you, the assistant collects your name, business name, and email or phone number, and emails them with a copy of the conversation to our team. Please do not enter payment card, bank, or Social Security numbers in the chat.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services that host it record technical information such as your IP address, approximate location (city, state, and country based on your IP address), browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Our website assistant uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a visitor is a person and not an automated program.

Client account information. When you become a client, we receive the information needed to deliver and bill our services, such as account access to your Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, website, and analytics, and your payment details (which are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).

Your customers' information. Some services, such as the Smart Review System, process contact details of our clients' customers on our clients' behalf. In those cases we act as a service provider to our client, who is responsible for having their customers' consent.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • answer your questions and follow up on requests you make;

  • provide, manage, and bill the services you buy;

  • operate, secure, and improve our website and assistant, including preventing abuse;

  • measure and report on the performance of advertising and marketing we run for clients;

  • send service messages, and marketing emails if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time); and

  • meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Anthropic provides the AI model that powers our website assistant and processes the messages you send to it.

  • Cloudflare hosts our website assistant, provides the human check, and keeps short-term request logs.

  • Resend delivers emails sent by our website assistant.

  • Hostinger hosts our website and business email.

  • Payment processors (such as Stripe or our merchant services provider) process card and bank payments.

  • Google and Meta provide the advertising, analytics, and business profile platforms we manage for clients.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

4. Google user data

When a client connects a Google account to our services (for example Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, or Search Console), we use the data we access only to provide and report on the services the client asked for. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising unrelated to the client's own campaigns, or let people read it except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with the law. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website and the websites we manage for clients may use cookies and similar tools, such as Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and advertising results and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Website assistant request logs are kept for a few days by our hosting provider. Lead emails and client records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, consistent with Massachusetts data security regulations (201 CMR 17.00), including encrypted connections, limited access, and two-step verification on business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing info@ennovatec.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
